The way that Debbie likes to phrase the GTW Leadership Team introduction is that she, Lori, and Jo went to high school together and have been friends for over 40 years. Actually, Debbie was Lori’s and Jo’s teacher; however, that introduction works a lot better for Debbie. Now, as friends and colleagues with a shared passion for fostering inclusion and belonging, they work together to achieve the mission and vision of GTW, while driving its business objectives toward highly leveraged initiatives designed for learning together and building social trust.
As a psychologist, researcher, and author, Debbie brings her deeply humanistic and Gestalt trained skills to developing frameworks and models that shape the mission and vision of GTW.
A primary motivator for positive change through her work as a psychologist and women’s empowerment speaker and author, Lori brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to GTW programming and initiatives.
A business executive rooted in principled-centered leadership with over 20 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management, Jo utilizes strong business acumen to manage all operational and financial aspects of GTW.
